What we collect
Your company name, your name, email, mobile number and the data you and your staff add to the app: tasks, attendance with location at check-in, leave, salary figures, meetings, sales records and messages.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: show your team’s work, send reminders on WhatsApp, make salary from attendance and answer your questions with the AI assistant.
Separate data
Every company gets its own database. Your data is never mixed with or shown to another company.
AI and WhatsApp
Questions to the AI assistant are sent to our AI provider to get an answer and are not used to train their models. WhatsApp messages go through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API.
Location
Location is read only when a staff member checks in or out, to confirm they are at the office.
Your control
You can export or delete your company’s data by writing to support@ai2dm.com. If you stop using the service we delete your data within 90 days.
